    While there is no way to know when an item will sell, putting up high quality photos and a clear description will help your item sell faster. During the listing process, we recommend a price based on the information you provide. Price your item to sell. Share your listings and closet on social media to gain momentum as a seller. Gain more exposure by opting in to Tradesy Sales and Promotions in your closet settings.

    Head to your Settings and select the Closet Settings tab, where you can add a profile picture, cover photo, and bio.

    Every closet has a personalized link so sharing your closet on social media is simple. Just hover your mouse over your name at the top-right corner of the site and you'll see Your Closet. You should see your unique closet link in the URL above.

  • How can I put my listings on hold?

    Vacation mode is a setting that' temporarily pauses your listings, so you won't miss out on any sales while you're away and unable to ship items. This feature is not yet available on the app, so you'll need to hop on a web browser. To activate, log in to Tradesy and select your initials or profile picture on the top toolbar. From here, choose Closet Settings. Once you check Turn on Vacation Mode, you'll immediately be prompted to enter a return date within 3 months of today's date. Don't forget to click Save when you're done.

  • How can I put my items on sale?

    Tradesy Sales and Promotions are limited-time events that attract millions of buyers in search of great deals - and participation can help your listings sell faster by gaining more exposure to buyers. Turning this feature on and off is not yet available on the iOS or Android apps, so log in to Tradesy on a web browser and head to your Closet Settings. The setting you choose will cover all of your items, no matter what device was used to create your listings.

  • Why are my items not included in this sale?

    Tradesy Editors hand-select items to be featured in sales multiple times each week. There is no guarantee that your item will be featured. You won't be notified when your items are included, but you will be notified if they sell.

  • Do listings expire?

    If' a seller' does not login for 60 days, their listings will be deactivated due to inactivity. As long as a seller is active, listings remain on the site until they are sold or the seller removes the listing from their closet.

  • How do I contact my buyer?

    You can easily reach out to the buyer, directly from your Tradesy account. To send a message, log in and head to your Sales page on the app or on a web browser. From here, you can start a conversation on Tradesy and we'll alert you when the buyer replies. Read on for navigational help.'

  • How long do I have to ship my sale?

    Sellers have 10 days from when the order was placed to ship the item to the buyer. If there is no tracking update by the 10th day, the buyer may request cancellation from Tradesy and be refunded.
