    You can list any women's fashion item for sale on Tradesy using our website, iOS app, or Android app. When you create a listing, you'll be prompted to set your price, choose your preferred shipping method, and review your earnings breakdown with all fees deducted before you publish.   • How can I add photos?

    You can easily add, remove, or rearrange pictures of your Tradesy item from any device.' When you're creating or editing a listing on a laptop or desktop computer, you'll select "Add From Computer" to upload images to Tradesy. If you're having trouble, try using a different browser - such as the most recent version of Chrome. For mobile users, the Tradesy iOS and Android app will ask permission to access your phone or tablet's camera and photos. If you haven't already taken photos, you can take pictures with your phone from here to put directly onto the listing. If you're having trouble, check to make sure your Operating System (OS) is up to date and you have the most recent version of our iOS or Android app. Read on for more help.

  • How do I price my item?

    You can sell straight from your closet and post unlimited listings quickly using the website, iOS, or Android apps. When you create a listing, you'll be prompted to add details, choose your preferred shipping method, and review your earnings breakdown with all fees deducted before you publish. We'll give you a pricing suggestion when you create your listing, but you set your own price. When the item sells, you'll ship directly to the buyer, and your earnings will be available after delivery to use as cash on the site - or to transfer into your bank account.

  • How do I choose shipping?

    For each item you list on Tradesy, you'll pre select one of three convenient shipping methods: receive a Shipping Kit in the mail, print a label directly from your Tradesy account, or handle shipping on your own. You choose shipping before you make the sale, because the cost of your chosen shipping method is added to the item's price: the buyer pays both your listing price and shipping at checkout. Then when your item sells, you'll ship directly to the buyer.' The order will begin automatically updating on Tradesy' once the shipping carrier scans the package - so both you and the buyer can track its progress online.'

  • How do I edit, remove, or restore listings?

    You can easily edit, remove, or restore any of your listings at any time. Log in to Tradesy and head to your Closet to find your item and select "Edit" at the top if you'd like to update your details. Here, you can make any changes you need to: add more photos, revise your description, adjust the price, switch your shipping method - and more! Read on for navigation help.

  • Do you clean my cover image?

    Tradesy analyzes the primary image of every listing and cleans the image, if needed, to remove any distracting backgrounds. Please be sure to take a clear photo with the entire item in view for the image cleaning process to work. Any additional items included in the photo (boxes, dustbags, etc.) may delay the cleaning process.

  • What if my listing is missing?

    If you can't locate one of your listings in your Closet, there are a few places to check, including your Drafts - as well as your Settings to be sure that you're logged in to the correct Tradesy account. Read on for more information.

  • How long do I have to ship the item?

    Sellers have 10 days from when the order was placed to ship the item to the buyer. If there is no tracking update by the 10th day, the buyer may request cancellation from Tradesy and be refunded.

  • What if my buyer wants the item overnighted?

    You're not required to overnight items to a buyer. If the buyer needs an item overnighted, you can select to use your own materials. Add the price for overnight shipping to the listing prior to a purchase being made.
