  • *Can I cancel my order?*

    If your order has not shipped yet, you can reach out to the seller to request a cancellation for any reason. Although all sales on Tradesy are binding, cancellations are at the seller'€™s discretion because sellers ship on their own, and tracking can take a few days to update. To message the seller, log in to your Tradesy account on a web browser or the app and click on the Purchases page. You can click Contact Seller to send a message.

  • How does payment work?

    Each item on Tradesy is preowned and has been listed for sale by an individual seller. When you find an item you'd like to purchase, you'll add the item to your shopping bag and pay securely by credit card or Affirm. Although the seller ships directly to you, Tradesy handles all return requests - and we promise that you'll get the item you ordered, 100% authentic and as-described, or your money back.

We then perform an expert evaluation of every returned item to ensure it'€™s been handled with care and ship the item back to the seller. All returned items are shipped safely back to the seller at no cost.

  • Why are some items Final Sale?

    Some items are marked "Final Sale" and cannot be returned for any reason. This information is found both on the listing itself as well as in the order summary at checkout, so you'll always know before you buy. For all other items, buyers may return to Tradesy HQ for Site Credit. Read below for more details.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping?

    We do not offer expedited shipping. On Tradesy, items are mailed to you from individual sellers, who have pre-selected one of three shipping methods for each item they post for sale. The cost of their shipping method is added to the listing, so you'll always see "Shipping Included" for each item. This means there's not a way for buyers to change the shipping method or shipping cost at check out. But if you need an item ASAP, you can always send a message to the individual seller before you place the order. This way, you can check if they can ship right away - and if they can help, they'll be able to raise the price for you to cover their additional shipping fee.
