Tradesy will email you all order updates, from confirming your order has been placed to when the seller has your tracking number ready. You'll also be able to check your order status directly from your Purchases page when you log in to Tradesy. After 10 days from the date you purchased, if you still have no tracking update there, you may contact Tradesy to cancel for a full refund.
Within three days of your purchase
When you place an order, you'll receive an order number and an email confirmation. Tradesy also authorizes your payment source for the order total. We'll then prompt the seller each day to log in to their Tradesy account to confirm they have the item to ship to you. If the seller does not acknowledge any Tradesy alerts within the first three days, the order will be automatically canceled just after midnight on the 4th morning. This means the authorization charge will drop off of your online statement within 1-2 business days.
After your order is confirmed
When the seller confirms your order, you'll be charged, but sellers won't get paid unless or until your item is delivered. As soon as the seller ships and the mail carrier scans your package, Tradesy will send you a shipping alert with your tracking number.
Note: Items over $500 are shipped with signature required, so plan accordingly after you receive the tracking info.
You also can check the order status if you log in to Tradesy and head to your Purchases page:
- On a browser: Click here.
- On the iOS app: Select Me on the bottom toolbar and then Purchases from the menu.
- On the Android app: Select the "Me" icon in the top right corner and then Purchases from the menu.
After 10 days
If it's been over 10 days with no news, you can reach out to the seller for an update from your Purchases page. Or you may contact Tradesy to cancel your order and be fully refunded.
